- Are you unhappy or dissatisfied in your career or personal life? Do you feel lost or stuck?
- Do you experience low self esteem, low self confidence, or perfectionism that's ruling your life?
- Do you compare yourself to others, constantly feeling like you're not good enough?
- Have you stopped socialising, withdrawn from friends and family, feel lonely or disconnected from others?
- Are you going through a major life change and seeking to regain a sense of meaning and purpose in life?
These are common symptoms of low self esteem, anxiety and depression but they ARE treatable. This is our passion; to support you to develop insight and self-awareness into the origin of your problems and the knowledge and skills to create meaningful change to improve your wellbeing and quality of life.
At Halech Holistic Health, we embrace a holistic approach to mental health using evidence-based strategies, including CBT, ACT, somatic (body-based) therapies and mindfulness. We embrace an integrative and personalised approach to therapy. We provide a compassionate, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to express yourself openly and explore your concerns, deepening your self-awareness and facilitating your healing journey.
Spotlight: What is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)?CBT examines the relationship between our thoughts, feelings and behaviour in response to situations where we feel 'triggered' throughout life. The figure (left) is a simplified CBT model showing this relationship.
By changing how we think & what we do, we can improve how we feel and our overall mental health & wellbeing. However, this is often easier said than done! We all know how difficult it is to change a habit, even when it is causing problems in our life. Change takes time and patience, and often involves an integrative approach. |
