About Us
The idea for Halech Holistic Health started many years ago. Adam was keen to open a holistic private practice that fostered both mental and physical wellbeing, while his wife Mary thought it was a bit ambitious! Initially a long term plan, with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic we decided to fast-track the vision by offering services online, and opened in Nov 2021.
In 2023, we expanded to offer in-person sessions south of the parklands in Adelaide, SA.
Sensing the call of nature and a different lifestyle, in Feb 2025 we moved to Kalang, rural NSW, and now reside among the rainforest and rivers, 45 mins from the nearest town. The tree change has not been easy; at times we've faced challenges in meeting needs that in our previous urban life, we took for granted. But we're firm believers that you "Grow through what you go through" and have learnt a lot about ourselves and life in the process.

Adam completed his Bachelor of Medical and Health Sciences in 2020 (specialising in child health and musculoskeletal systems) and Graduate Certificate in Health Promotion in 2021. In 2022, he commenced Master of Physiotherapy to become a qualified physiotherapist. In 2023, Adam experienced first-hand how important it is for patients in the medical system to have someone advocate for them. Throughout his placements in RAH, Flinders, UniSA clinic and HRC, he navigated the intricacies of the medical system in attempting to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. This reinforced his belief that Health Advocacy and Life Coaching are fundamental to holistic health. |
With our complementary knowledge and understanding of mental and physical health, we look forward to supporting you to optimise your wellbeing, and find meaning and purpose in life again!
